Requirements of register HK company

　　Application Requirements

　　1. Company Name: Provide a new company name, we search to confirm the availability of the proposed company name (applicable to formation of new company);

　　2. Valid Certificates: Provide shareholder(s) and director(s)’s ID card or Passport Photocopy for us .( Minimum 1 director or shareholder with at least 18 years of age. Both of them may not be Hong Kong resident, can be foreigners. Shareholder(s) and director(s) can be the same person);

　　3. Registered Capital: HK$10,000(as standard), in no need of capital verification; shareholder(s) may increase the registered capital(without any upper threshold) upon the company’s actual demands, however, shareholder(s) shall pay 0.2% of stamp tax to Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong;

　　4. For example, 10,000HKD authorized capital → 200 HKD stamp tax

　　1,000,000HKD authorized capital → 2000HKD stamp tax

　　7. Company Registered Address and Company Secretary : Every limited company must have a Company registered address and company legal secretary. Person acting as Company Secretary must either be a Hong Kong resident or a Hong Kong Corporation. Duties of a Company Registered Address and Company Secretary is to receive and handle corporate documents, preparing directors and shareholders minutes, allotment of shares, etc. It’s duty differs administrative secretaries.
